This app allows you to access your ClaimAid Patient Advocate assistance on-the-go.

Tap the Home button in the upper right to return to the main page of this app.

Tap the My Reminder, My List or My Advocate navigation buttons to set updates or view information related to your program eligibility.

Tap the Find US navigation button at the bottom to find contact information for ClaimAid Patient Advocates.

Tap the Work Requirement navigation button on the home screen of this app to learn more about Medicaid Work Requirements and reporting hours.
